Victor Y. Guerra was born in Havana, Cuba and moved to Florida when he was six years old, allowing fluency in both English and Spanish.  In 2006, Mr. Guerra earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida International University.  Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009, where he was awarded first-place in the Intra-School Moot Court Competition.  Mr. Guerra has been with the Law Offices of Felipe E. Diez, P.A. since graduating and passing the Florida Bar Exam in 2009.  As an associate, Mr. Guerra handles insurance cases, as well as personal injury and general civil litigation matters.  He is dedicated to providing every client with the personalized attention that they deserve, because every case is unique.
